Hiking maps for Alpes Magazine
Editorial
Since 2022, I’ve been collaborating with Alpes Magazine, a French bimonthly publication launched in 1990 and dedicated to the culture, history, and natural beauty of the Alpine region.
For their Chemins Alpins section, I create detailed hiking maps that guide readers along selected itineraries. Each map highlights trails, elevation changes, landmarks, and natural features, while maintaining a clean design adapted to the magazine’s identity.
The maps use a combination of line work and subtle textures to represent trails, reliefs, and natural elements. Landmarks such as refuges, lakes, and mountain peaks are clearly marked, helping readers plan and visualize their hikes.
